Engagement Boundaries
OMRA does not operate a guaranteed round-the-clock emergency response service. Support is provided subject to availability, conflict clearance and agreed terms of engagement.
OMRA provides independent operational advisory support only. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace the responsibilities of the Company, the Master or the parties' legal, P&I and technical advisers.
The "First 24 Hours" refers to the critical initial period following an incident and does not imply permanent or guaranteed round-the-clock availability.
